Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) refers to a range of conditions caused by the sudden reduction or blockage of blood flow to the heart, which can lead to serious outcomes such as a heart attack, stroke, or even death. Tiare 90 Tablet, when taken in combination with aspirin, is used to prevent further complications, such as:

• Myocardial Infarction (Heart Attack): Occurs when the blood supply to part of the heart muscle is blocked, leading to tissue damage.
• Stroke: Caused by a blockage or rupture of blood vessels in the brain, restricting blood flow.
• Death: Due to complications arising from ACS.

Tiare 90 Tablet works by inhibiting platelet aggregation (blood clotting), helping to reduce the risk of these life-threatening events following an ACS.

✔️ Ticagrelor is a P2Y12 receptor antagonist that:

• Blocks the P2Y12 receptor, which is coupled with Gαi2 and other Gi proteins.
• Inhibits adenylyl cyclase activity, reducing cyclic AMP levels.
